Community Banker since June 1974, Michael founded Cambridge Community
Bank in April 1996 in his hometown. He grew the organization to
$375,000,000 in assets before selling it in October 2006. Michael has
retired from full time employment as of January 2013 from Cornerstone
National Bank & Trust Company where he will now take on an advisory role as Managing Director. He is one of two charter members of
the Rotary Club of Lake Zurich.

After
graduating with his degree in Graphic Design in 2009, Lucas moved to
the Chicago area for an internship at a marketing agency. Following half
a year there, he took a full-time position at his current location,
Boost Marketing, where he is now the Senior Graphic Designer. Boost
Marketing is a small, full-service agency that offers web and print
design, copy-writing, branding, advertising and a range of other
marketing offerings. Its clients range from several international
machine tooling corporations to a local, independent toy maker. His
responsibilities include working alongside his colleges to create a
concept for a client, then designing those concepts on his computer. He
is then responsible for placing print orders for the final designs and
ensuring the final product is correct.

Adam has worked as a lighting
designer, technical director, master carpenter, graphic artist, video
editor or scenic designer for over 150 professional Chicago productions. From 2004-2006, Adam worked with Chicago Special Events Management
as a manager and technical coordinator at dozens of Chicago's most famous special
events including The Susan G Komen Race for the Cure, The Chicago
Marathon, and Blues Fest. In 2005 he was a founding owner of MidTangent
Productions, an award winning not-for-profit production company
focused
on bringing social awareness through the works of William Shakespeare.
He is currently the Scenic Designer in residence for the award
winning Theo Ubique, and for 11 years has worked with Light Opera
Works, a not-for-profit theater in Evanston, Illinois, now holding
the positions of technical director and resident scenic designer. Mr. Veness was nominated for the 2012 Joseph Jefferson
award for outstanding scenic design and both the 2011 and 2012 awards
for best scenic design in a musical from Broadway World.
